since then, many artists have covered it; most people know it from shrek and/or various tv shows.
k.d. lang's version is ah-MAY-zing, and almost in a tie with the version of the song that i know and love best:
which is also one of my all-time favorite songs...which is on one of my all-time favorite albums, by one of my all-time favorite artists.

one of the idol contestants is from blue springs.
i haven't watched it yet.
i always wait til they're down to fewer contestants...like right around now. but i'm hoping to not get sucked in this time.
