Vinda's KitchenOne of my favorite places to be
I think i sat in every one of those chairs at some point Tuesday night when I was there for book club. That island was full of delicious food that I munched on for about 3 hours straight.
There were only 4 of us there, but it was still so good to see everyone. We didn't really discuss the last book we read because none of us could remember it at this point.
After Kay and Leisha left, Vin and I went outside and sat on their deck...which is another of my favorite places to be. They live outside of KC on about 5 acres, so being outside there is very different than being outside where I live. The moon was full last night, so as it rose it was a gorgeous shade of orange. Amazing.
I would have taken a picture of it, but I had a major panic attack when Kay pulled out some pictures and I suddenly realized that I had left my camera in Cathi's car. Have I mentioned that I am a terrible camera-owner? I have left it a total of 3 different places now, and I haven't had it a year yet.
I am feeling okay these days, not great...still very very tired.
