next: moving on...looking forward to family vacation in arkansas next week.

but first: i have an appt. with dr. mck on thursday, they will test my blood again while i am there. i expect to get bone scan and echo results then (if not sooner).

i really did take it easy a lot this weekend, stayed out of the heat, slept a lot, ate even more.

i woke myself up from a nap on the 4th so that paul and i could venture out to see some fireworks. we stopped at sonic for some ice cream and went to a high point where we could see several different shows.

a lot of other people had the same idea, but it was nothing like if we had gone to one of the many shows in town. this was cool because we got to see about 6 different shows. for those in kc, the k-mart parking lot at 95th & metcalf is a great place for this...or just watching the sun set.
