From and To

This song is dedicated to the two people I want and need to thank the most for this past weekend, and the past 43.5 years.

Also to T&T, K&B; my 4 gorgeous nieces; my friends, and to all of their daughters.

Everything she sees
she says she wants.
Everything she wants
I see she gets.

That's my daughter in the water
everything she owns I bought her
Everything she owns.
That's my daughter in the water,
everything she knows I taught her.
Everything she knows.

Everything I say
she takes to heart.
Everything she takes
she takes apart.

That's my daughter in the water
every time she fell I caught her.
Every time she fell.
That's my daughter in the water,
I lost every time I fought her.
Yeah, I lost every time.

Every time she blinks
she strikes somebody blind.
Everything she thinks
blows her tiny mind.
That's my daughter in the water,
who'd have ever thought her?
Who'd have ever thought?
That's my daughter in the water,
I lost everytime I fought her
Yeah, I lost every time.

Daughter - Loudon Wainwright III

- Time spent with my family has been so much fun.

- Wishing Uncle Charles, Aunt Cathy and Kristin a safe journey home today.

- I have really enjoyed my long weekend.

- Race for the Cure was HUGE, and as usual such an inspirational day (pics to come).

- Getting to see my friends over the weekend was awesome as well.

- My PT/INR numbers are in range, so my dosage remains the same.

- I am still experiencing pain and stiffness. I've begun incorporating some stretching and movement into my nightly routine. I think doing it in the morning will help too...if I can get myself motivated in the a.m.

- Tomorrow will be my first day back at work since Thursday, looking forward to getting back.
