As anticipated, I am feeling so much better than I did last week. In addition, it hasn't been 500 degrees outside for the past few days and for that I am very grateful. I've been walking when I can and enjoying the cooler temps. I'll keep doing that as long as the heat stays away and I feel okay, getting outside for fresh air and just moving is really a great feeling for me. It clears my head and I love being outside.
No big plans for the week other than work and then my weekly blood test on Friday.

that when we are 99 and in the rest home will commiserate about the year they found the CURE but they kept the race up for a variety of charities
