The heat finally broke and we got some rain!!!I had a very nice visit with Michelle & Eric when they were here Tuesday night/Wednesday morning. They didn't hit town til around 11:00pm, so it was a late night but a lot of fun to get caught up with them. They got to see the many looks of Kelly: bandana head, fuzzy bald head, and wig head.
I had my weekly bloodwork appointment today and my counts are all in normal range, so we're good to go on chemo #4 tomorrow. My CT scan results from last week show that everything has improved since the first scan I had in May. Dr. Doane was very pleased with the results and says that what we're doing is working, so we'll keep going as planned. I'll have another scan in a month or so, so we just keep hoping and praying for more improvement each time.
Michelle will be back tomorrow morning to take me to chemo. I'm looking forward to seeing her again and spending the day together!
