New Soul

Oh, how I this song:

We went into work late today and left early because of ice & snow, so I came home and took a 3 hour nap.

Tomorrow is my CT. And then...weekend!!!

It will be a long weekend for me, but unfortunately not the good/fun kind. Quite honestly, I would rather be at work than doing what I will be doing Friday and Monday. Good news is that even with the shorter day today, I got everything taken care of there since I won't go back 'til Tuesday.

This weekend is about making sure I have everything taken care of at home before next week...laundry, full tank of gas, groceries/necessities, prescriptions, housework, etc., with a few fun things thrown in...Jordan's birthday party on Saturday and maybe hanging out with Cathi at some point.

I am still feeling very tired. And achy, which makes me more tired. The cumulative effects of 30 chemos have really been hitting me lately. If it's strong enough to keep the beast at bay (so far), it's got to be damaging the good stuff too. I know it is,
I can feel it. I am researching ways to combat that, and plan on talking to my doctor about it on Monday. I just hope it's not too little, too late.

OMG Kelly - Just last night my daughter yelled for me to come in the living room. She had paused the TV on a computer add that had a clip from this song. We rewound it and listened to the clip 3 times I loved it so much. Finding the name was on my "to do" list for today!!! How Twilight Zone that you would post it today!! I Love it too and was so happy to hear the whole song :) :)

I am sorry to hear that the chemo is so rough. I honestly can not imagine 30 treatments. Hang in there....is there anything I can do??

Sending big hugs.

OMG...that is SO cool, I love when stuff like that happens. I call it synchronicity....cuz as everybody knows, I loooove my big, fancy words!!!

Anything to do? hmmmm...keep sending out those hugaghans to others who need a boost, because seriously...that is an incredible gift you and the other wagon girls are creating.

Vin:

It very well could be on a commercial. It seems that everyone but me (and Deb) has already heard this one. Jordan and Ashton were like, "Oh, we LOVE this song!" when I played it for them. Even Mom said she had heard it.

I've always been a late bloomer, and an arrive-to-the-party-late-er...but geesh, now my nieces and mother are more hip than I am!

hahahaaaa.......

Hugs to you both,
