I have taken a 30 minute walk every morning this week before work. It's been very slow going, and quite frustrating for me to be faced constantly with my physical limitations. My stamina is gone, along with my lung capacity, and muscle tone.But......it feels really good to be outside and moving. The trees and flowers are blooming, the grass is turning green. It is beautiful.
I am crashing hard and fast as the week progresses. Not feeling good at all, not sleeping good at all. I should feel better after the weekend. Til then, I'm just making it through.
Looking forward to: Royals Home Opener party at Steph's house on Monday (I have the day off...for fun!!!)

I'm glad you are getting outside to enjoy some spring air. Don't expect anything of yourself except being present to enjoy the outdoors. If you try on to compare (easier said than done) how you feel now to how you did pre-cancer, maybe it will help.
Hope you get osme rest this weekend

so true...and so hard not to compare. my brain needs to catch up (or keep pace) with my body. it expects more, it remembers and misses doing the stuff i used to enjoy. and even some of the things i didn't enjoy (like housecleaning)!
happy weekend!!!
hugs,
k
p.s. - your hair is looking great!!!
