They call me quiet, but I'm a riot

I've been so busy having fun and then resting up from said fun that I haven't had time or energy to write about all of the fun I've been having this past week.

Oh yes, and working...fun, sleep, work...that's the short version.

I have been feeling pretty good, so that has allowed me to do all of this:

Saturday, 2/21 - Pretenders with Cathi
Monday, 2/23 - Lawrence with Vinda
Thursday, 2/25 - Happy Hour with Shauna, Terresa, Heather & Oscar, and Cathi
Friday, 2/26 - Terri is in town, will see her tonight
Weekend - REST

As you can see it has been a great week filled with good friends. I am looking forward to more good times. Annual St. Pat's celebration with Toye & Steph is coming, as well as Royals home opener in April.

I see Dr. McKittrick on Monday to discuss how things are going. I don't really have much to say or share. So far I haven't really experienced many side effects with Xeloda.

My voice is still goofed up...vocal cord still paralyzed. It doesn't hurt, but it is frustrating...especially in a social setting or when I am mad.

Paul has been feeding me very well, it's like it's his personal mission to keep me eating and chubby, and so far he is succeeding.
I am dreading stepping on the scale Monday. They are happy with my weight and would rather me gain than lose, but they're not the ones who have to try to squeeze into my clothes and waddling around everywhere!

#1. Love this song...always have, always will. It's just one of those songs that feel good to me whenever I hear it.

#2. This song annoys me, but we were talking about it last night and I said I would put it on my blog. "Maybe Joleisa" cracks me up every time I hear it now because of Cathi.

EDIT: It's actually even funnier to me now because one lyrics site that I looked at said it's "Mary, Jo, Lisa". Which does make more sense. Gotta go listen to the annoying song again.

#3. Also a song that really annoys me, but we also talked about it last night and I said I would include it so that everyone could hear one of my least favorite songs of all time. Seriously, listen to the lyrics. Aw-ful.

I have a lot of names that aren't my names...hmmm.

They call me Charolette, that's not my name...

Had a great time last night, lets not let the time slip away before we do it again.

Love, Shauna
