I am going to the Rod Stewart concert with Toye and Steph. We are getting a hotel room near Kemper, so we're going to make a night of it. Fun times ahead!
I gave blood this morning. My counts are all back up into normal range, so I will be having chemo on Monday. I was a little worried because they were still very low and in the danger zone on Monday.
Here's a video for you. I love this song, the girl (Amy Belle) that sings this with him is amazing. I'll be like the people in the audience, singing at the top of my lungs. I grew up on his music. This song brings tears to my eyes. In a good way.

I'm holding my lighter up and singing along! I love Rod and have seen him in concert a couple of times. He does a great show. Have a super time...

it was a super time!!! i am super tired, but it was so worth it!!!
ash is right, i saw tons of cell phones out, but i think they were taking pictures. i only saw a couple of lighters. we didn't have either, but we stood up and danced and sang the whole time.
it was an older crowd, we were younger than most everyone there. and it was over by 10:30. we were at the quaff before (for dinner) and after the concert, and steph and i stayed up til 3am talking while toye crashed. she is definitely the good girl out of the 3 of us.
