I'm ONE...and cake is GOOD!!!!!Izabella's birthday party was today. She was so cute...quite the little hostess and party girl. No baby meltdowns or crankiness whatsoever. She showed everyone how she can walk, opened presents with her mommy, and of course like every other one year old smeared cake and icing all over her face. Sweetest thing ever!
I wasn't sure I was going to be feeling well enough to make it to the party, but I didn't want to miss it if at all possible...I mean, how many times do you you have your first ever birthday? Gratefully though, I was feeling sorta okay, so I went and I'm so glad I was able to be there. I got to see my other three beautiful nieces too, which is always fun cuz they're also so dang cute and funny.
Not a lot else going on in my world right now. Mostly taking it easy and just trying to make it through to the other side of these bad days. Having chemo on Monday seems to be working out pretty good so far. I worked all last week and will go back tomorrow. It's budget time and we've got a new computer program to work with this year, so the next few weeks should be interesting and challenging (especially with my chemofied brain).
I'll go tomorrow for my weekly bloodwork. I should also be getting that MRI scheduled in the next few weeks as well.
