my weekend companion

this fuzzy blanket from bed bath & beyond feels like a hug and goes well with my birthday hug sweater...which when combined with the blanket feels heavenly.


i made it through another chemofied weekend. i slept a lot and didn't leave the house until today.

i am happy to be feeling better, and even happier to be getting together with toye & steph. we are planning to watch mamma mia! tomorrow at steph's house, can't wait to see them and get some girl time in.

i have an appointment with dr. jew tomorrow, and then blood work on wednesday.

chemo time often makes me feel like a caged animal. it's good to break free as soon as my body will let me.

time for this caged bird to fly...and maybe even sing & dance!
