and a couple of stars

I left my house specifically to chase this sunset, I couldn't stand to just watch it from my windows and limited view. It called to me and lured me away from my warm house and a nap...it was that beautiful.

Dr. Jew removed all but one of the stitches yesterday, there is still one spot that won't heal up. I have to go back and see her in 2 weeks.

Blood work from today was good. PT/INR is right on target at 2.4. I don't know my exact WBC or ANC results yet. Heading down, I'm sure.

Spent yesterday late afternoon/early evening with Toye & Steph. We watched Mamma Mia!, it was a feel-good movie which I think we all needed. It was great to see my girls and spend some time just getting caught up.

I am staying in tonight, no parties. Paul and I have snacks, and plan on playing some games. If we're awake at midnight, we'll bundle up with some hot chocolate and go outside to watch the fireworks.
