Ashton on the beach at St. Augustine last summer...this picture always makes me smile! To me, it is the personification of a child's innate sense of confidence and pure joy.Another good day...worked all day, went to Pizza Shoppe with Cathi for her b-day lunch. My appetite is back to normal and my taste buds are too!
The Spoon Theory is a way to explain what it is like to have an illness to someone who is healthy. It's too long to post in the blog, so I've just attached the links below. I have seen the theory in relation to different diseases, this one happens to say Lupus...but you get the idea, and I can definitely relate. The second link is a similar theory, only this one says MS and I can relate to it as well (maybe even better!):

To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children...to leave the world a better place...to know even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded.
